November 2016 Newsletter

Hari Om!

Welcome to November..
Namaste everyone…
Really hope this finds you well and staying warm.  Its a little chilly out there as I write but the colour of the morning sun on the trees is awesome.  Hoping to get out for a walk in the Peak District tomorrow to clear away the cobwebs.
It’s coming up to a very busy time of year for us all and I do hope you can find a little time of respite for you.  So important to each day to take 15mins of quiet, still time.  To meditate or reflect…whatever works for you.  I’ve been reading about how, from our actions and thoughts, we create illness in our physical as well as mental and emotional bodies.  This is something Ive been interested in, believed since being a child. So, please take care over this busy time and make time for you.  A couple of practices at the end of this newsletter may just make you have some time out!

The BIG thing this month is our Craft Fayre for Nepal on November 27th.  There are more details below.  But, if you would like to know who is coming along, details of all the stall holders can be found here.  Not everyone has a website but some can be found on facebook.  Or look at our facebook page Derbyshire Unites for Nepal as we are trying to get photos on there!!  Just to wet your appetite!!  Please try and come along..and tell your friends.  Loads of lovely things for Christmas presents.  read more>>>
