Teaching yoga is a huge priviledge, and I strongly believe in the benefits to our overall well being. What I love as well is that yoga does not discriminate. No matter what level your experience, how well or poorly you are, yoga is available to us all.
I love my restorative, chair based yoga class as we see all sorts of ailments and everyone gets something different from the class. It all started as a yoga for cancer class and has grown and developed.
As well as all the regular classes, I also have a gentle movement, relaxation and meditation class. It is so obvious to me that so many people need time out of the week for themselves; just to restore some balance and harmony in their whole body. This class on a Wednesday morning in Spondon is a perfect balancing time for you.
I am lucky to have so many yoga classes in Derby – Allestree, Darley Abbey, Breadsall, Oakwood, Spondon, Belper and Stanley Common. So many yoga opportunites in Derby!

1:1 Classes. You can do deeper with your own practice; work on specific health concerns; get to a level where you feel comfortable in coming to a class; or simply working in this way to balance the rest of your life. All details are on the 1.1 Yoga page.
Master classes and Retreats I hold master classes throughout the year and for the British Wheel of Yoga. My retreat weekends have become very popular and I run at least two a year.
